My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller Derby #5
SCORE: 80
You know the phrase about all good things don't you? After the
mainline My Little Pony series there have been all of these shorter
series being done. My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller Derby is a great
example. My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller Derby #5 is the last and final
issue in this storyline. There are twenty pages of comic book content
within My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller Derby #5.
I will be including spoilers in my review of the My Little Pony Kenbucky
Roller Derby #5 comic book. The price of My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller
Derby #5 is $3.99. There is some mild violence within this comic book.
The ponies (and other animals) bash into one another, miss someone and
run into walls and more. There is some bad blood between two of the
teams in My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller Derby #5.
The Brawlers and the Slammers do not like one another in My Little Pony
Kenbucky Roller Derby #5. The Slammers try to cheat by injuring a player
on the other team. That winds up sending one of their team members to
the other team because they are not happy with such under handed
tactics. The Brawlers wind up winning that match and moving onto the
finals in My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller Derby #5.
After the twenty pages of comic book content within My Little Pony
Kenbucky Roller Derby #5 there is a page where you can email your art to
get into a My Little Pony comic book in the future. I highly doubt you
get paid for that work though. There are also pages for alternate
covers, and some advertisements in My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller Derby
#5. The IDW View from the Back page in this comic book is about
Godzilla.
There is a running gag in My Little Pony Kenbucky Roller Derby #5 about
the growth of this mustache for one of the announcers. The Brawlers lose
in a close match in the finals. They are happy being runner up because
it proves they belonged there. Which was their goal all along. I am
actually happy to see the story end this way in My Little Pony Kenbucky
Roller Derby #5. It makes sense instead of always having the major
underdog win in the end.
