Scarlett #5
SCORE: 60
I am like hitting on all cylinders lately. Scarlett #5 is the last
and final one in this series. I am really happy to see this one wrap up
for good. There are some interesting differences to discuss in relation
to Scarlett #5. This comic book cost me $3.99 to purchase. Scarlett #5
contains twenty pages of comic book content. The credits can be found on
the back of the front cover.
There will be spoilers in my review of the Scarlett #5 comic book. The
issues families can have with Scarlett #5 are violence, blood, and more.
There is one letter page, and some advertisements in Scarlett #5. The
end of Scarlett #5 is a five page preview of G.I. Joe #1. The cover
gallery is on the back of this comic book. Cobra is involved in the
violence in Scarlett #5.
Storm Shadow, Jinx, and Scarlett realize they need to get out of there
and get away from Cobra in Scarlett #5. They jump off the building even
though they only have two parachutes. Scarlett is constantly doing death
defying things since this undercover operation. The three of them do
make it safely to the ground. The women share a parachute since it
should hold their weight. It does which is convenient.
Scarlett has three hours to get to the rendezvous point in Scarlett #5.
She ditches her tail and winds up passing along intel to Snow Job in
Scarlett #5. There is a bit of humor about two red heads being sent into
Japan. Scarlett decides she needs to stay undercover otherwise no one
else will be able to get into this ninja clan in the future. Not sure
how they will get extracted.
The ending of Scarlett #5 contains some interesting things. Storm Shadow
keeps the sword and we learn the sword has energon in it. Cobra
Commander is able to track the sword thanks to the Energon. The ninja
clan in Scarlett #5 is sort of their own organization with their own
agenda. I am curious to see where that goes in this Energon Universe.
Scarlett #5 ended better than it began.
