Scooby-Doo! and Krypto Too!
SCORE: 79
I think I bought Scooby-Doo! and Krypto Too! during Black Friday 2023
shopping. I know it has sat in the watch me pile for awhile. It takes
seventy-eight minutes to watch Scooby-Doo! and Krypto Too! from start to
finish. There are three special features included. The three special
features on the Scooby-Doo! and Krypto Too! DVD are The Scooby of a
Thousand Face, What a Night for a Dark Knight, an One Minute Mysteries.
Wonder Woman guest stars in the first, Batman in the second, and the
Flash in the third.
There will be spoilers in my review of the Scooby-Doo! and Krypto Too!
animated movie. There is some mild cartoon violence, and also mild lack
of attire issues in Scooby-Doo! and Krypto Too!. Giganta is shown
briefly in Scooby-Doo! and Krypto Too!. The violence is mainly around
trying to grab the Phantom Zone Projector. There is also a bit of
violence when Mystery Inc. makes it into Metropolis.
The biggest thing that stuck out to me concerning Scooby-Doo! and Krypto
Too! is the humor. There is a running gag about Jimmy Olson and Daphne
in Scooby-Doo! and Krypto Too!. Jimmy thought he and Daphne were a
couple from their bonding against bullies at a camp when they were nine
years old. Fred and Daphne are a couple in Scooby-Doo! and Krypto Too!.
The past is brought up multiple time in this movie.
The Justice League is missing in Scooby-Doo! and Krypto Too!. There is
also a phantom in the Hall of Justice. Lex Luthor wants to demolish the
Hall of Justice and put in a rather large building in its place. What we
learn is that Mercy stole the Phantom Zone Projector and vanished the
Justice League. She wants Lex to notice her. She also wants Lex to
return to evil ways in this movie.
Krypto helps out Mystery Inc. in Scooby-Doo! and Krypto Too!. Krypto
cannot talk in Scooby-Doo! and Krypto Too!. He only barks. The mystery
is solved and the Justice League is brought back at the end of
Scooby-Doo! and Krypto Too!. Scooby and Krypto become friends in this
movie. Jimmy decides he and Daphne are not right for one another in the
end of Scooby-Doo! and Krypto Too!. The humor there is they were never
together. This is a generally cute movie for families.
