Sonic The Hedgehog #66

Sonic The Hedgehog #66 does one thing I really like and one thing I am not very fond of. First and foremost the thing I like in Sonic The Hedgehog #66. The two storylines wrap up. Not only do the two storylines wrap up in Sonic The Hedgehog #66 but they connect. So in a way there are two things I really like about Sonic The Hedgehog #66. The thing I am not fond of is the lack of punishment for their crimes.

There will be spoilers in this review. Knuckles and Team Chaotix attack the criminals that stole the artifacts from the island. We have some mild violent content within Sonic The Hedgehog #66. Knuckles and Team Chaotix come out on top and interrogate the criminals. They believe the lies they are told and let them go. No punishment for their crimes. Knuckles is happy to get the artifacts back. The criminals will not steal them again either.

The criminals call their client to inform him of the bad news. He is not worried since the whole point was to distract others from something else going on. He is part of Clean Sweep Inc. and makes a deal in Sonic The Hedgehog #66. The first story in Sonic The Hedgehog #66 is twelve pages long. The criminals that stole the artifacts will be financially compensated for their work.

The second story in Sonic The Hedgehog #66 is eight pages long. Cream and Gemerl fight off the home invaders that broke in. The roast comes out beautiful only for the criminals to stomp on it. Vanilla the mother gets home and verbally chastises the criminals. Team Chaotix gets there for dinner. Vanilla orders take out and the home invaders get to enjoy a meal too. WHAT?!? Zero punishment for their crimes.

Sonic The Hedgehog #66 has a page devoted to the story thus far, next month's front cover, alternate covers for this month, Sonic Letters Squad, and some advertisements. The crisp and clean colors in Sonic The Hedgehog #66 look nice. I am curious to see where this Clean Sweep Inc content is going. He is acting like some mob boss in Sonic The Hedgehog #66. At least that is how I read it.
