Sonic The Hedgehog #67
SCORE: 73
Sonic The Hedgehog #67 starts out with the credits on the back of the
front cover. Then we get a Story So Far page with some pictures. Then we
have a page with the main characters within Sonic The Hedgehog #67. That
page also has pictures. After that there are twenty pages of comic book
content. Then Sonic The Hedgehog #67 shows us a front cover to the next
issue, Sonic Letter Squad, Creator Corner, and finally the alternate
covers to this issue. The back of the comic book has an advertisement.
There will be spoilers in this review. Surge and Kit come to Amy because
they want to turn over a new leaf and be better animals. Sonic comes by
and he is a bit surprised. There is a bit of a flashback where we see
Surge and Kit are out of food and getting desperate. The base they are
in is getting attacked by character that work for Clutch the Opossum.
Clutch apologizes because they thought the base was empty.
Clutch makes Surge and Kit and offer in Sonic The Hedgehog #67. He wants
them to be secret agents to help him with his hostile takeover of the
legitimate company that Sonic the Hedgehog has that does the
restoration. At the end of Sonic The Hedgehog #67 Surge and Kit meet up
with Duo. They are going to work together to take down this organization
that does good from the inside.
A lot of Sonic The Hedgehog #67 is Sonic and Amy taking Surge and Kit
for a tour of their facilities. There is a very interesting conversation
within Sonic The Hedgehog #67. There are all these characters that
initially got off on the wrong foot with Sonic The Hedgehog. All of them
wound up working with him later though. Is that some foreshadowing in
Sonic The Hedgehog #67? I am not sure.
Sonic The Hedgehog #67 is a great issue where the plans of the bad guys
are building. At some point there will be a move made by Clutch the
Opossum. I am curious to get to that point in the future. Clutch offers
knowledge to Surge in the form of what he knows about her and Kit. I
wonder if he actually does know much about the two of them or not. There
is a small amount of mild violence within Sonic The Hedgehog #67.
