Star Trek #14

Star Trek #14 continues the Glass and Bone storyline. Star Trek #14 is the second in the Glass and Bone story arc as well. The recap of this series is on the back of the front cover which also houses the credits. There are twenty-two pages of comic book content within Star Trek #14. Then we get a page devoted to next month, alternate covers, advertisements, and then a cover check list.

There will be spoilers in this review of the Star Trek #14 comic book. The issues families can have with Star Trek #14 are violence, bad language, false gods, evolution, and more. There is a page devoted to the creation myth of the Tzenkethi, and another page from Star Fleet Intelligence in Star Trek #14. There are some interesting twists and turns within Star Trek #14.

We find out in Star Trek #14 who let the Tzenkethi know that Star Fleet was there watching them. The Romulans are also on the planet. There is a festival at the end of Star Trek #14 to determine which side the Tzenkethi will partner with. Star Trek #14 has a bit of a twist where we find out that festival was not translated properly. The actual word is war. So the Federation and the Romulans must fight it out.

Things are not looking good for the Federation in Star Trek #14. There are there to talk peace and the Romulans bring down shock troops to fight. Will the Federation get enough troops down there in time to fight? I am curious to see where it goes from here. The Tzenkethi want to see which side is more evolved. Fighting does not sound like that to me, but what do I know.

Tom's daughter and the hologram doctor are also present in Star Trek #14. This seems really bad for Tom. Harry and Tom decide to lie to Tom's wife about this. I have a feeling she will find out one way or the other in the future. Lying is always a bad idea in my personal and professional opinion. I am curious to see where this storyline goes next. I honestly have no clue.
