Star Trek #23

Star Trek #23 cost me $4.99 to purchase. There are twenty-two pages of comic book content within Star Trek #23. There is also a hand written note from a Vulcan, and an Internal Recording page. We also get two pages in Star Trek #23 related to the Ships Log. Mainly people associated with this product talking about how good it is. There is a cover checklist page, and IDW View from the Backpage in Star Trek #23.

There will be spoilers in my review. Lore makes his request known in Star Trek #23. Lore wants to be given the power of the Emissary. The prophets will not give it to him, so Lore will destroy all of reality. Dr. Crusher comes back with some math that Scotty and Tom use to keep the ship ahead of the wave and to be able to ride it out. Two other crewmembers go to the Klingon ship to cause havoc.

Data's head is found on the Klingon ship in Star Trek #23. Data's head is brought back to the Theseus in Star Trek #23. Data also informs them that the bomb that will destroy all of reality cannot be stopped. It will go off no matter what. That is exactly what Lore wanted. Lore wanted to destroy everything. I am not sure how he will be able to change anything going forward though.

I am not sure of the fate of Sisko in Star Trek #23. It looks like the bomb goes off at the end of Star Trek #23. The Theseus is trying to escape it right at the end. The crew realize that Benjamin Sisko will have to fend for himself at the end of Star Trek #23. The issues families can have with Star Trek #23 are violence, false gods, bad language, and more. Certain characters are utterly destroyed in Star Trek #23. We see their bones only.

I cannot imagine this storyline will last much longer. I do wonder what happens after the universe is destroyed. How will it be remade or recreated after Star Trek #23? Does it just end and then this comic book series is done? Could it be that easy and wonderful? I guess I can only hope. I will keep reading a bit longer. I still feel like Star Trek #23 is overpriced for the amount of content.
