Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season One
SCORE: 65
I am very thankful I received a copy of Star Trek Strange New Worlds
Season One as a gift on DVD. It takes five hundred and twenty-four
minutes to watch Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season One from start to
finish. The ten episodes of Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season One are
on four discs. There are also some interesting behind the scenes videos
to watch on the Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season One discs.
There will be spoilers in this review. The issues families can have with
Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season One are lack of attire, enticement
to lust, sex outside of marriage, violence, blood, promotion of sexual
deviancy and more. Captain Pike knows his future and knows he will have
this great accident. He also knows cadets that will die in that accident
in the future.
I found it interesting to see the origins of some of the characters in
Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season One. Spock is a great example. It is
interesting to see Spock and his engagement. We know how that goes from
the original Star Trek series. Captain Pike believes we are better
together. That is a theme in this show. They face all kinds of
interesting enemies in Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season One.
The Gorn are fascinating in Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season One.
They are some neat CGI monsters that breed in crazy ways. They do not
look like they did in the original Star Trek television show. Captain
Pike is a bit on the weak side in terms of leadership. He asks people to
do things in an almost apologetic way. There is little to no strength in
this character. With that said I actually like Captain Pike. His
struggle with knowing his future is fascinating.
The engineer in Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season One does not even
last the entire season. The Gorn infest him with their eggs and they
have this Aliens kind of gestation where they burrow out of the body
they are in. It is pretty gross actually. I sort of liked that blind
engineer. Uhura is an interesting cadet in Star Trek Strange New Worlds
Season One. She is running away, and Star Fleet is so exclusionary. She
seems to find a family there on Enterprise though.
