Star Trek Strange New Worlds The Scorpius Run #2

Sometimes I have issues finding certain comics locally. I am trying to help out my local economy by purchasing them locally. At times I wind up purchasing them online because they are not here locally. Other times all of a sudden my local comic book store has multiple issues of the same comic book series. That is what happened with Star Trek Strange New Worlds The Scorpius Run #2. I found this one and another issue of this comic book after not seeing any for a few visits.

I am finally able to find out what happens after the shocking start of the first issue. The race is in full swing in Star Trek Strange New Worlds The Scorpius Run #2. There are surprises for the crews in this issue. Please note there will be spoilers in this review. Captain Pike is learning if he can trust his new crew members while losing some of his crew to other ships.

While the ships are racing through an asteroid belt in Star Trek Strange New Worlds The Scorpius Run #2 they come across giant aliens that attack ships. Spock is on an interesting ship with some aliens that directly link mentally to their ship. They are even helping Spock with his turmoil of emotions. I really have no idea who is going to win in Star Trek Strange New Worlds The Scorpius Run #2.

The big bad guy in Star Trek Strange New Worlds The Scorpius Run #2 looks pretty horrible. He blew up a ship that the Federation was trying to save during the race. I guess he saw it as they would get more crew and more people that could help them in the race. At the same time they would wind up with more weight and slow themselves down. I am honestly a bit perplexed by that.

The issues families can have with Star Trek Strange New Worlds The Scorpius Run #2 is violence, false gods, blood, and more. There are twenty pages of content, then next month, alternate covers, and advertisements within Star Trek Strange New Worlds The Scorpius Run #2. This is pretty standard for IDW Publishing.
