Superman #14

I paid $5.99 to purchase a copy of the Superman #14 comic book. There are two covers included in my copy since an alternate cover is included on top of the regular cover. Superman #14 is the fourth comic book in the House of Brainiac 4. There are twenty-two pages of comic book content within Superman #14. There are also two pages devoted to Ramona & Me. There is also a DC Nation Spotlight interview with Juni Ba (The Boy Wonder).

There will be spoilers in my review of the Superman #14 comic book. The issues families can have with Superman #14 are violence, blood, lack of attire, enticement to lust, bad language, and more. There is also an advertisement within Superman #14 that encourages rebellion against God. I have seen this ad in other DC Comics comic books this month, and it is very controversial and divisive.

Lobo and Superman fight in Superman #14. Superman is winning and decides to take the fight outside this space station. The General interferes and captures Superman. Then Superman can be taken to Brainiac. They can get their city and people back. Do you think Brainiac will keep his word and the deal? If you guessed no, then you are completely and totally right about what happens in Superman #14.

We finally discover what Brainiacs plan is in Superman #14. He uses the Kryptonians to power a creation of a new character. Brainiac decides he needs a queen. Not only are the Czarnians messed over on the deal, but the new queen attacks them to gain power. The Czarnians are immortal but somehow Lobo killed them so, they are not immortal. Superman #14 touches on this paradox but does not explain it.

I did some research and there should be two more parts to this storyline of House of Brainiac. I can actually feel this storyline starting to wrap up in Superman #14. There are twenty-two pages of comic book content within Superman #14. I found a reference to Lena Luthor interesting, but honestly pointless. Why do we need a Brainiac Queen? Someone watching too much Star Trek in regards to the Borg?
