Superman Volume 5 #14
SCORE: 73
Superman Volume 5 #14 is another comic book I was able to acquire
thanks to one of our trips to McKay's in Nashville, TN. I may need to
consider a move to that area at some future date. I know of some
interesting communities that are like forty-five minutes south of that
city. When I purchased this comic book all I knew is it is Superman #14.
I did not know from what exact year. I did some research and found out
that this iteration of Superman was released from 2018 to 2021. It is
also referenced as Superman Volume 5. I decided to go with the volume on
this one.
Superman Volume 5 #14 sold for $3.99 brand new. I was able to purchase
it with a cover and a board for $1.25. The value did not hold for this
particular comic book. The front cover of Superman Volume 5 #14 tells us
we will find out the final fate of the monster who killed Krypton. There
will be spoilers in my review of the Superman Volume 5 #14 comic book.
This comic book is in The Unity Saga: The House of El. Superman Volume 5
#14 is also the Conclusion to that saga part one.
There are twenty-two pages of comic book content within Superman Volume
5 #14. Advertisements can be found all throughout the Superman Volume 5
#14 comic book. There is violence, blood, false gods, and more in
Superman Volume 5 #14. This comic book also contains a DC Nation
spotlight on Harleen. I doubt I will go looking for that comic book
anytime soon.
Superman Volume 5 #14 references secrets and lies that lead to the
destruction of Krypton. I am not clear as to what secrets and lies
Superman Volume 5 #14 is referencing. I suppose it was in a previous
issue of this comic book series. Superman Volume 5 #14 is a great
example of why we need recaps in comic books. Superman Volume 5 #14
really let me down in that particular regard.
The art in Superman Volume 5 #14 is pretty good. The twist ending in
Superman Volume 5 #14 is the Legion of Superheroes come for the son of
Superman. The UN idea is provided in Superman Volume 5 #14 at a galactic
scale. Superman Volume 5 #14 really paints a rosy picture of the UN,
even though many of us know the UN has been considered a corrupt failure
for a very long time.
