Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #17
SCORE: 75
I feel like this franchise is coming into its own now. Teenage Mutant
Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #17 cost me $3.99. The credits
for this comic book can be found on the back of the front cover. There
are twenty pages of comic book content within Teenage Mutant Ninja
Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #17. Then we have a page for the
next issue, alternate covers, ads, and finally IDW View from the Back
Page.
There will be spoilers in my review of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Saturday Morning Adventures #17 comic book. Mona Lisa returns in Teenage
Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #17 as advertised.
There is a museum trying to show off an artifact that was discovered.
The problem is the artifact keeps winding up disassembled every single
night after being assembled in the day time. They have no budget for
cameras in that area.
Mona Lisa contacts Raphael to help her with this mission. They are to
guard the artifact in the museum and keep it from being disassembled.
Raphael was at home in the sewers by himself because he broke something
that Donatello made. He left a note, and then left to help Mona Lisa. He
could have called the others since he was technically grounded. I wonder
if Raph will get in trouble for this decision.
Raph and Mona Lisa find a mummy in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday
Morning Adventures #17. This mummy can control the bandages and has
nothing inside. The mummy beats the duo and then explains what is going
on. Something more evil will arrive if that artifact stays together for
too long. Can you guess what happens at the end of Teenage Mutant Ninja
Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures #17?
The artifact stayed together for too long and this bad guy appears. We
also found out this bad guy and the mummy are actually mutants where a
rift in time sent some ooze onto them way back in the past. That was a
nice little connection for me. I am very curious to see how long this
storyline will be. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning
Adventures #17 starts things off really well.
