I am very thankful I had the $6.99 to purchase a copy of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures April Special comic book. This is a one shot with no issue number on it. There are two stories within Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures April Special. One is about April O'Neil and the other is about Mona Lisa. There will be spoilers in my review of this comic book.

I did not ask for a copy of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures April Special in my pull. Since I am reading the other TMNT Saturday Morning Adventures comic book series the store thought I might be interested in this one. I decided I could check out Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures April Special. The stories in this comic book do relate to the main line series.

Different creatures are teleporting into and out of their New York City. April O'Neil is interviewing someone and winds up saving them and getting sucked into a portal herself. There she meets Ace Duck. Ace is on his way to the Temple of K'Avila. There are geese that like to step that are after him. April and Ace work together to get this magical artifact that can answer any question you have. The catch is it only answers once per person.

There is some humor and cartoon violence within Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures April Special. The first story is twenty-six pages long. The second story is fourteen pages long. There are two cover pages and some advertisements within Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures April Special. The final page of interest in this comic book is IDW View from the Back Page.

Mona Lisa is trying to stop these criminals from using a weapon they got from someone in New Jersey. She meets up with the Turtles while they are "arresting" this criminal who happens to be in the same criminal family as the ones that got this weapon. There is a bit of a mech found in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures April Special. The batteries are taken out so it can be stopped.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures April Special is interesting but also kind of pointless. For example the Turtles go to all this trouble to get April back. She winds up coming back normally without any assistance needed. It was interesting to see her on an adventure. I do not recall Mona Lisa so her return in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Saturday Morning Adventures April Special is not something momentous for me.
