The Amazing Spider-Man #37
SCORE: 66
I was able to find and purchase the Disney 100 Variant edition of The
Amazing Spider-Man #37 for $4.99. The front cover has Marvel Super
Heroes Secret Wars, What if Mickey and Friends Went to Battleworld.
Mickey is Captain America, Donald is Cyclops, Daisy is Wolverine, Pluto
is Hulk, Minnie is Iron Woman, and Goofy is Spider-Man. There will be
spoilers in this review of The Amazing Spider-Man #37.
There are a few pages within The Amazing Spider-Man #37 preparing us for
the Gang War that is coming soon. The Amazing Spider-Man #37 is mainly
about RE-PO and his returning of Rek-Rap to Limbo. There is a bit of a
twist ending in The Amazing Spider-Man #37 too. I will get into that in
just a little bit. Peter Parker is finding the problems with protecting
Rek-Rap in The Amazing Spider-Man #37.
The issues families will have with The Amazing Spider-Man #37 are false
gods, violence, lack of attire, enticement to lust, sexual deviancy
references and more. There are twenty pages of comic book content within
The Amazing Spider-Man #37. There are a couple of pages devoted to The
Amazing Spider Mail as well. I liked the comment about putting the
Legacy comic book number on the covers.
The twist ending in The Amazing Spider-Man #37 is RE-PO mostly swallows
Spider-Man. Does that mean Spider-Man will be going to Limbo? Will he be
able to get out of this demons mouth? I suppose I need to keep reading
to find out for certain. I am not really into this comic book, but these
variant covers are pretty neat to see. I wish they would do a comic book
devoted to these variant covers.
There are some different art styles used in The Amazing Spider-Man #37.
When Rek-Rap is having story time it is done in an older style that
distinguishes itself from the rest of the comic book. The mafia
conversation is very interesting in The Amazing Spider-Man #37. I do
like how they are building toward something bigger in the future. This
has been done before like with Rek-Rap.
