The Amazing Spider-Man #58

I am very thankful I had the $4.99 to purchase a copy of the The Amazing Spider-Man #58 comic book. Our local comic book shop even got me the Godzilla variant cover edition of The Amazing Spider-Man #58 which is really cool. There are twenty pages of comic book content within The Amazing Spider-Man #58. There are also two pages of The Amazing Spider-Mail in this comic book. The front cover to the next issue is also shown in The Amazing Spider-Man #58.

There will be spoilers in my review of the The Amazing Spider-Man #58 comic book. The first page in The Amazing Spider-Man #58 is the credits and recap page. Advertisements can be found all throughout the The Amazing Spider-Man #58 comic book. The act is fast and furious within The Amazing Spider-Man #58. The heroes realize they were duped and that Janice is in danger. She Hulk quickly discovers Spider-Man already left the scene.

The majority of The Amazing Spider-Man #58 is Tombstone trying to kill his daughter Janice. Spider-Man gets in the middle of the fight and saves the life of Janice multiple times. The fight rages on through The Amazing Spider-Man #58. The end of The Amazing Spider-Man #58 has Tombstone trying to jump out of a window holding Spider-Man. The front cover of the next issues shows Tombstone and Spider-Man going out the window.

The issues families can have with The Amazing Spider-Man #58 are violence, blood, and more. Bad language is shown in symbols in The Amazing Spider-Man #58. Janice does not want the help of Spider-Man in this fight. I would think she would use any advantage she has available to her in this fight against her father. She tried to reason with him in The Amazing Spider-Man #58.

I like action issues, and that is what The Amazing Spider-Man #58 gives me. I still believe these comic books are overpriced with the amount of comic book content. Plus they should be getting paid for all of these advertisements. Do they really need to price gouge their readers too? Will that ever come up in The Amazing Spider-Mail? I can hope but I doubt they will ever address that issue.
