The Question All Along the Watchtower #1

When it came to the Justice League Unlimited animated show there were some cool characters like Booster Gold and The Question. I saw The Question All Along the Watchtower #1 at our local comic book store and immediately snapped it up for $3.99. I was excited for a new Question comic book. There are some things I did not realize about The Question. I will get into that in just a little bit.

There will be spoilers in my review of The Question All Along the Watchtower #1 comic book. DC Comics must have killed of the original character and then redefined The Question as a minority woman that is gay. They really ticked all of the liberal representation boxes didn't they? The character is so off and so wrong in The Question All Along the Watchtower #1. Why must they always redefine these characters? Once they do they refuse to bring back the originals too.

The issues families can have with The Question All Along the Watchtower #1 are violence, blood, lack of attire, enticement to lust, promotion of sexual deviancy, bad language, promotes false gods, and more. The credits can be found on the third page along with a fair amount of art. Advertisements can be found all throughout The Question All Along the Watchtower #1 comic book.

There is a page in The Question All Along the Watchtower #1 with an interview of Mark Waid. The heroes are in the Watchtower and someone is trying to break in. So The Question is the new sheriff on this space station. The Question is there to find the source and stop it. There is an attack in The Question All Along the Watchtower #1. One that is used as a diversion for something worse.

The Question is to watch the watchers so to speak. The Question is to make sure the heroes are kept in check. The story in The Question All Along the Watchtower #1 is sort of interesting. I do not plan on reading any more of this series unless the second issue is sitting in my pile awaiting my attention. I like the original character and am not a fan of any redefinitions.
