The Smurfs Village Party
SCORE: 80
I had a lot of fun playing The Smurfs Village Party. There were all
kinds of jokes and humor playing this game. Some of that humor came from
the game, and some of it came from me. I am so thankful for everyone
that came by and hung out while I played this party game live on the
air. Those videos can be found on YouTube and (Lord willing) will
eventually make it to the other video sites we are on.
There are fifty party games in The Smurfs Village Party. There is also
an adventure story mode that takes around three hours to complete. Up to
four family members can enjoy The Smurfs Village Party at the same time.
The party games in The Smurfs Village Party are decent and remind me of
Mario Party. The gameplay area in the adventure mode is huge. There are
all kinds of areas to explore.
The story in The Smurfs Village Party is we are trying to have this big
Smurf party. Gargamel is trying to make a potion that will grant him all
kinds of prosperity and needs a Smurf. So at one point Gargamel kidnaps
some Smurfs and we must save him. There is even a party game for that.
We hit Gargamel in the mouth with this cake that makes him like a slime
for a short time.
There are some interesting glitches within The Smurfs Village Party. We
can take our wooden little segway and climb up some cliff faces. This is
a very helpful shortcut. There are other cliff faces we cannot climb. I
am uncertain why some have invisible walls and others do not. There are
some with rocks that block us. The little firefly that shows us the way
is not always helpful. At times it would tell me to go up a wall I could
not climb. I looked around and eventually figured out how to get up
there. Then there are times where it tells us to use the pickaxe but we
really need to use the slingshot instead.
All in all I enjoyed my time with The Smurfs Village Party. I love how
huge this area is. I love the different fun mini games. I liked the
voice acting in The Smurfs Village Party. The graphics are good in The
Smurfs Village Party as well. How does Gargamel not find the Smurfs when
he is literally next door to them in The Smurfs Village Party? Families
should enjoy The Smurfs Village Party. Please note Microids did nothing
to help us cover this game. We paid for it out of our own pockets.
