The Wheel of Time Season Two
SCORE: 42
After the abysmal failure of the first season of The Wheel of Time
television show on Amazon Prime my expectations were much lower for The
Wheel of Time Season Two. There are eight episodes in The Wheel of Time
Season Two. Each of the episodes lasts from sixty-one to seventy minutes
in The Wheel of Time Season Two. Some of the episodes carry the thirteen
and older rating while others were given the sixteen and older rating.
There will be spoilers in this review. The issues families will have
with The Wheel of Time Season Two are blood, magic, lack of attire,
enticement to lust, sexual deviancy, reincarnation, bad language,
slavery and more. The Wheel of Time Season Two continues it sexism
against men. The racial diversity of The Wheel of Time Season Two is
strange when it is within a specific race of people.
The Aes Sedai have their secrets. The Wheel of Time Season Two reveals
sisters that swore an oath to the darkness. In fact those that serve the
dark are all over the place within The Wheel of Time Season Two. Matt
has some clever moments within The Wheel of Time Season Two. Rand
declares himself The Dragon Reborn in The Wheel of Time Season Two. At
this point the story has gone off the rails so far it is meaningless
whenever some plot point is fulfilled.
Lanfear becomes a big part in The Wheel of Time Season Two. She is one
of the Forsaken but she loves The Dragon Reborn and helps him multiple
times within The Wheel of Time Season Two. Rand is starting to channel a
bit. At this point he should be much more powerful. There is nothing
about restoring those that are stilled. People from across the sea come
and show their different culture.
Perrin has a good arc in The Wheel of Time Season Two where he learns
about his wolf connection. An older wiser wolf brother teaches him a few
things. Perrin also has a great loss within The Wheel of Time Season
Two. The visions Perrin has are interesting in The Wheel of Time Season
Two. He is also learning to control his powers. There is very little in
The Wheel of Time Season Two about prophecy. The books had a ton of it.
