WRC 7

I hope you were able to enjoy my jamming live stream of WRC 7. I played this rally racing game on the Xbox One. WRC 7 can also be found on the PC, and PS4. WRC 7 is a bit older in terms of the rally video games. For some reason we did not find the time to play and review WRC 7 in the recent past. There is only so much time, and few of these companies ever bother to advertise so they only have themselves to blame.

WRC 7 looks good and it sounds nice. I love the different environments within WRC 7. I went to a variety of different countries as I checked out the thirteen tracks available in the main play now mode in this home console video game. The vehicles look realistic and there are multiple difficulty settings. Rally games are known for being extremely challenging. WRC 7 is no different.

If you want to succeed at races in WRC 7 you will need to know when to drift, when to brake, and when to power through. Many of the courses in WRC 7 are narrow. It can be easy to fall off the ledges in WRC 7. The game is really fast at respawning the player. There sadly is a penalty for falling off the edges in WRC 7. At times I attempted a short cut but WRC 7 did not let me.

There are two trains of thought in rally games. Some gamers enjoy hearing the navigator tell them what is coming up. Others are not so keen on the constant distraction. I tried to pay attention to my navigator in WRC 7 but at times he gave me way too much information. Then I am trying to recall what he said while some nasty wicked turn presented itself. I like how there are different sections to each race.

WRC 7 includes multiple modes and ways to play. Career is a mode that will probably appeal to a lot of gamers out there. If you are up for a challenging rally video game then you can probably find WRC 7 pretty cheap. It has been sitting in our pile for awhile now. I enjoyed most of my time playing WRC 7. I also knew what I was getting into before playing. I knew this would be a very unforgiving video game even on easier settings.
