X-Force #291
SCORE: 61
The whole X-Men Universe is rebooting. X-Force #291 is the legacy
number for this comic book. It also shows as X-Force #1. I go with the
legacy numbers whenever I can. Forge is getting the band back together
in X-Force #291. X-Force in this comic book consists of Forge, Sage,
Tank, Captain Britian, and Askani. Deadpool also guest stars in X-Force
#291. This comic book cost me $4.99. There are thirty pages of comic
book content in X-Force #291.
There will be spoilers in my review of the X-Force #291 comic book.
There is a reference to Beast doing something in X-Force #291. I am not
sure what that is. Forge creates things to deal with problems. The world
is fractured in X-Force #291. Forge needs a team to go and fix these
fractures. This object is in essence controlling them and telling them
what to go and do. The first mission is to stop this giant blob
creature.
When did Captain Britian become a female? There are references to
sexually deviant behavior in X-Force #291. The bad language is marked
out in X-Force #291. Like someone took a pen and scribbled over it so
the words cannot be seen. I never really understood the addiction to
profanity so many people are enslaved by. There are seven pages of comic
book content then we get the intro/credits page.
There are two pages of X-Mentions in X-Force #291. The editor also has a
page talking about X-Force in X-Force #291. There is also a page devoted
to the next issue. At this time I do not plan on continuing to read this
series. I may change my mind at some point in the future though.
Advertisements can be found all throughout the X-Force #291 comic book.
Some of the ads actually relate to this comic book.
The issues families can have with X-Force #291 are violence, lack of
attire, enticement to lust, and more. The giant blob monster is fed
Deadpool. His cancer will slowly starve the monster. The fracture shows
as being stopped. The team is going to leave him for their next
destination. Forge estimates Deadpool will be eaten and regenerate for
three days in X-Force #291. Not a fun fate in my book.
