Azrael Plus #1

I am slowly getting down to the bottom of my pile. Azrael Plus #1 is one of those comic books that sat in my pile for years. There is a very specific reason I purchased the Azrael Plus #1 comic book that came with a bag and a board. By the way there was no price on this one so I am guessing I spent a dollar or two at one of the local comic book stores. I think it came from the one I do not go to as much anymore.

Originally Azrael Plus #1 sold for $2.95 back in December of 1996. The specific reason I purchased Azrael Plus #1 is because The Question is also in this comic book. Azrael Plus #1 lets readers know the Question is in the comic book because he is also on the front cover. Azrael Plus #1 contains the original question. The one that was normal, and a man. There will be spoilers in my review of the Azrael Plus #1 comic book.

There are thirty-eight pages of comic book content within Azrael Plus #1. The condition of this comic book is actually pretty good. I am thankful I was able to read what looks like a one shot - at least to me. The Question saves the life of a politician who was in the military for many years. This man wants to hire him to protect his daughter. There is just one little catch.

Can you guess what the catch will be in Azrael Plus #1? The daughter is not supposed to know that he is there watching her for two days. Terrorists show up to attack where the daughter is performing - that is how Azrael gets involved in Azrael Plus #1. The daughter also takes a liking to The Question in Azrael Plus #1. She does not know he is The Question though. The daughter is clumsy and keeps falling for The Question.

The issues families can have with Azrael Plus #1 are violence, blood, gore, bad language, lack of attire, enticement to lust and more. I laughed at some of the dialogue in Azrael Plus #1. Not because it was corny but because it was clever. A father gave the gift of allowing his son to never make decisions for himself. Just do what the dad says. I found that a clever way of relaying that information. It might also be part of the war on men though.
