Black Cat I'll Take Manhattan
SCORE: 59
Noah purchased a copy of the Black Cat I'll Take Manhattan graphic
novel from one of the local comic book stores when it was fifty percent
off. He only paid $7.99 for the one hundred and twelve pages. Black Cat
I'll Take Manhattan contains Black Cat #5-7 (from 2020), and the Black
Cat Annual #1 (again from 2020). Most of the content within Black Cat
I'll Take Manhattan is connected.
There will be spoilers in my review of the Black Cat I'll Take Manhattan
graphic novel. The issues families can have with Black Cat I'll Take
Manhattan are lack of attire, enticement to lust, false gods, theft,
blood, bad language, sexual deviancy and more. The Black Fox has a huge
role to play in Black Cat I'll Take Manhattan. He is working with The
Cat to steal something from the Thieves Guild in New York.
The Black Cat is lied to in Black Cat I'll Take Manhattan. She thinks
they are there to steal one thing but they are actually there to make a
deal with this giant skeleton creature. He has this huge vault of
treasures. The Black Fox trades Manhattan for eternal life for him and
The Black Cat. Why would he do something like that? Well he is dying and
does not want to die.
The Black Cat breaks into the vault and makes a deal with this giant
skeleton thing. She also plants a bomb on the deed to Manhattan. The
Black Cat tells this giant skeleton thing that The Black Fox plans on
betraying the deal. The information takes away eternal life and grants
her freedom. When she meets up with the Black Fox she lets him know what
she did. The bomb goes off and The Black Fox gets taken for breaking the
deal.
There is a stand alone issue in Black Cat I'll Take Manhattan where The
Black Cat helps heroes from Korea. The final piece of comic book content
in Black Cat I'll Take Manhattan is when the Black Fox stole from
Dracula. That actually connects to things said in the previous comic
book content. There are some art pages in Black Cat I'll Take Manhattan
as well. I would not recommend Black Cat I'll Take Manhattan.
