Godzilla vs X-Men #1

Godzilla vs X-Men #1

Patterns are beginning to emerge in terms of the Godzilla versus the Marvel Universe. I was very interested on the front end to see how some of these different characters would interact. Godzilla vs X-Men #1 is a bit of a disappointment on multiple levels. This comic book cost me $4.99. There are twenty-five pages of comic book content within Godzilla vs X-Men #1. There are also two credit pages in Godzilla vs X-Men #1.

Advertisements can be found throughout the Godzilla vs X-Men #1 comic book. There are pages within Godzilla vs X-Men #1 that show the different variant covers. There is also a page devoted to the next issue in this series. Do you know who Godzilla meets up with next? It will be the Avengers. That one has some potential. I hope it does not disappoint like Godzilla vs X-Men #1.

Spoilers are going to be a part of this review. The pattern that Marvel is using is there is a short conflict between the characters and then some other bad monster shows up and they work together to stop it. Then Godzilla leaves. The issues families can have with Godzilla vs X-Men #1 are violence, bad language and more. Sunfire fights Godzilla in Godzilla vs X-Men #1 at the beginning.

The X-Men get invited to try and stop the rampaging from Godzilla. Immediately I realized that Professor Xavier would be a very important character. Godzilla vs X-Men #1 also lays down the intelligence level of Godzilla. Why is Godzilla rampaging? Godzilla is trying to take out some worse threat. We get that in the form of this odd looking robot in Godzilla vs X-Men #1.

The X-Men are all linked to some giant robot that at first attacks Godzilla but then fights with Godzilla against this other robot. The pattern is the same very time and for me that really shows a high level of laziness from the writers. All of the different things they could have done and this is what they give us. Godzilla vs X-Men #1 could have made Godzilla more intelligent and given him a voice.
