TVA #1

If you are familiar with the Loki television show then you will have some idea what the TVA is all about. I should also let all ya'll know what the TVA stands for. TVA stands for Time Variance Authority. They used to trim other timelines from forming so there was only one timeline. The mission of the TVA has since changed. TVA #1 is not very clear on what that new mission actually is.

TVA #1 cost me $4.99. There are twenty-five pages of comic book content within TVA #1. There is also a page devoted to the Bullpen Bulletin, intro/credits, and a page devoted to the next issue. Advertisements can be found all throughout the TVA #1 comic book. The issues families can have with TVA #1 are bad language, multiverse beliefs, and more. There is a page near the end of TVA #1 that is a message from the TVA.

There are things that happened between the second season of Loki and TVA #1. Those things are referenced in TVA #1. That reminds me there will be spoilers in TVA #1. The evil clock lady has been reprogrammed and is now helping the TVA again. OB is back in the TVA in TVA #1. Spider-Gwen is in the TVA helping out. There are some other characters from other Marvel shows also in TVA #1. Some are new and some are old.

Someone is attacking people in different timelines in TVA #1. The attacks are personal and this character (not yet revealed) knows about them. The team from the TVA goes into a place to get some information and they wind up getting attacked. That means these characters that are from dead timelines are known by this character. Unless the yet to be revealed character is a telepath. TVA #1 does not address that possibility.

I wish TVA #1 was better at explaining what the new missions of the organization is. There is a disgust of bureaucracy in TVA #1. I can totally relate to that sentiment. TVA #1 is a solid start for this series. I am curious to read more of this franchise. I am not into the woke content in TVA #1. Why does Marvel need to do that so often? The odd Wolverine in TVA #1 is interesting - about the only one.
