The Rising of the Shield Hero 20
SCORE: 69
I can feel this storyline coming to the end in The Rising of the
Shield Hero 20. Things do not wrap up quite yet though. The Rising of
the Shield Hero 20 leaves us hanging for a bit at the end. Chapters
seventy-nine through eighty-three are in The Rising of the Shield Hero
20. The Shield Hero is still in another world in The Rising of the
Shield Hero 20. Heroes from both worlds are united to stop Kyo.
There will be spoilers in my review of The Rising of the Shield Hero 20
manga book. The issues families can have with The Rising of the Shield
Hero 20 are violence, blood, gore, magic, lack of attire, enticement to
lust, bad language, and more. There are humans that were transformed
into half human half beast in The Rising of the Shield Hero 20. Kyo is
experimenting on different people to achieve his own goals.
The thought of the heroes in The Rising of the Shield Hero 20 is that
Kyo is promising bringing back the dead as research into making himself
immortal. Kyo wants to have a body his soul can be moved into. So if Kyo
can perfect moving a dead soul into a body he will have the process to
keep himself alive forever. The Rising of the Shield Hero 20 starts with
the castle battle and ends with the arrival at Kyo's manor.
The characters fighting for Kyo are trying to blow up the Dragon
Hourglass in The Rising of the Shield Hero 20. Thankfully the Shield
Hero is able to contain the blast in one of his shields. Other heroes
help out with the fighting in The Rising of the Shield Hero 20. The
Hunter Hero can take out beasts which allow her to attack the half human
half beast characters.
Kyo is looking worse and worse in The Rising of the Shield Hero 20.
Raphtalia is becoming the equal to Naofumi in many ways in The Rising of
the Shield Hero 20. I still suspect there will be some love interest
between the two at some point in the future. I expect Kyo will be
wrapped up in the next manga book. Which should also be the end of this
whole quest in the other world.
