Beyblade X Vol 2

If you read my review of the first volume of this series and franchise then you know Noah has been buying these and asked me to read and review them as well. Beyblade X Vol 2 contains chapters five through seven and there are two little bonus sections. There is one less chapter in Beyblade X Vol 2. There are also quite a few less pages in Beyblade X Vol 2. The page count for Beyblade X Vol 2 is one hundred and seventy-six. That is thirty two pages less in Beyblade X Vol 2. Yet the price is the same - $11.99.

Is anyone else out there reviewing manga making points like this? There is some Beyblade violence, and false gods in Beyblade X Vol 2. I provide this solemn vow that the rest of this review will contain and include spoilers. You were warned. Team Persona continues their quest in the professional ranks of this building. Beyblade X Vol 2 introduces us to 4X Bey Battle. We also learn about how to make a Bey Blade.

There are three major components to a Bey Blade. They are the Blade, Ratchet, and the Bit. Team Persona beats Team Zooganic in Beyblade X Vol 2. The next challenge for Team Persona is the Warden's Test. This will determine how far up they go on the floors of this building. They must survive against this gentleman for thirty seconds. Robin is given a new blade in Beyblade X Vol 2 to survive this challenge.

Robin survives the challenge, but just barely. Multi Nana uses the evade technique to just run away for thirty seconds. Blader X goes right after the Warden and knocks his Bey Blade out in almost record time. It would have been record time but Beyblade X Vol 2 lets us know that someone else just barely beat Blader X's time. Who is that you might be asking? Blaze Fujiwara is that character.

Team Persona is moved up to the fiftieth floor in Beyblade X Vol 2. They are going to meet the team that Blaze Fujiwara is on. There is a bit of a deal struck between Blaze and Blader X. They will battle first and the winner takes the whole thing. The rest of the team does not need to battle after that. Blader X wants his team to still battle though. It looks like Blaze is going to win at the end of Beyblade X Vol 2.
