The Christ #7

I am so blessed and so thankful that I had the money to purchase a copy of The Christ #7 comic book. This comic book cost me $3.99. There are thirty-two pages of comic book content within The Christ #7. There are some neat graphical paneling done in The Christ #7. The main story in The Christ #7 is twenty-four pages long. There is some behind the scenes of one of the stories that goes from page twenty-five to thirty-two.

The credits for The Christ #7 can be found on the back of the front cover. The back cover of The Christ #7 shows off some really neat other comic books from Kingstone Comics. I will include spoilers in the rest of this review. You have been warned. I love how there are Bible verses on the bottom of many of the pages within The Christ #7. They are teaching readers where to find the historical accounts in the Holy Bible.

There are so many interesting topics covered in The Christ #7. Jesus pays the temple tax in The Christ #7. Well he sends Peter out to fish and get the money and then Peter pays the tax. At that point Jesus does not want to offend them. Later on in The Christ #7 Jesus greatly offends the Pharisees. This has been a point I have made for decades. Those false teachers that claim to be Christian and say Jesus was only love, and never offended anyone are not educated in the Holy Bible.

Two of my favorite historical accountings of Jesus Christ are in The Christ #7. The first was when Jesus tells the man to let the dead bury the dead. The second is the woman found in sin. The Pharisees want to stone her in The Christ #7. Jesus agrees and tells them to let the one who is without sin to be the one to throw the first stone. They all leave. Jesus tells the woman to leave her life of sin.

The side story in The Christ #7 touches upon another story in The Christ #7. The man that was born blind is healed by Jesus. There are so many that obsess over who sinned to have him born blind. Their true focus should have been on God's power, and grace. I love the Pharisees investigating the healing and eventually getting frustrated because they do not like what they discover in The Christ #7.
