Yolanda decided to purchase a month of Angel Studios after getting
her hand surgery. She knew she could not work for a few weeks and
thought it would be interesting to check out what was on this Christian
streaming service. I remembered The Promised Land Season 1 and Noah and
I watched it. Noah complained that I laughed too loud and too often
while watching The Promised Land Season 1. This is a very funny show,
especially for anyone that know the Holy Bible.
I need to get a few things out of the way concerning The Promised Land
Season 1. This is done in the mockumentary style like The Office. The
children of Israel are under Moses right after crossing over the Dead
Sea in The Promised Land Season 1. One place lists The Promised Land
Season 1 as for thirteen and older, and another says fourteen and older.
Chisisi is an Egyptian that survived the Dead Sea coming back in. The
Holy Bible is clear that none of Pharoah's men survived.
There are six episodes that make up The Promised Land Season 1. I could
not at this time find a physical copy of The Promised Land Season 1 to
purchase and watch. The episodes in The Promised Land Season 1 last
between thirty-one to forty-eight minutes. There is a theme in The
Promised Land Season 1 that women are less than men. The women are
insulted and mocked quite often in The Promised Land Season 1.
There are references to false gods in The Promised Land Season 1. There
is even the golden calf in The Promised Land Season 1. Moses teases
Aaron relentlessly in The Promised Land Season 1. Other characters
eventually point out how Moses is not being right by doing this. Moses
eventually apologizes to Aaron in The Promised Land Season 1. The
tabernacle is built in The Promised Land Season 1. Miriam sings a
wonderful song at the end of The Promised Land Season 1.
Jesus is the only one of us that is perfect. The Promised Land Season 1
has themes of forgiveness, humor, joy, and worshipping the one true God.
I feel there is way more good within The Promised Land Season 1 than the
issues. As much as I am bothered by Chisisi I did find him to be funny
and very helpful in The Promised Land Season 1. He lies quite a bit in
The Promised Land Season 1.
